Current weight: 117 Goal weight: 110Today I learned that if you want to trim down it's best to stop eating carbohydrates after 3 pm. So that is my newest goal. We were also told that if you do 5 sets of 20 squats on the squat machine a week, you'll get a better workout for your thighs and butt than you would doing cardio every day.
No carbs after 3pm. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a set or two of squats each time I go. Drink lots of water.
I don't think losing 7 lbs is that unrealistic, do you?
